Location

Not far outside of the corporate skyscrapers and tourist attractions of the Near North Side and The Loop, the Wicker Park neighborhood serves up an exciting and distinctly Chicagoan atmosphere. A thriving artistic community operates here, and both locals and national touring acts regularly perform on the neighborhood’s many stages—many of the city’s most famous modern musicians got their start in Wicker Park’s night clubs and theaters.

Wicker Park is also home to many of Chicago’s most in-demand restaurants, drawing eager crowds from all across the city. 2010 W Pierce is located just around the corner from several of them! Most of these attractions are clustered together around Milwaukee Avenue, with the rest of the neighborhood largely taken up by historic homes and apartment buildings along tree-lined streets. Several schools in Wicker Park make it easy for local students to walk to class quickly and safely. Enjoy living in a neighborhood full of safe and exciting ways to spend your day.
